The hardest to solve and takes time is FINDING the CAUSE of EARTH FAULT.
I have shown some of my method on how to search for it. But it's just simple.. PROCESS OF ELIMINATION, Patience and The Earth fault is EXISTING while working on it.

Do cables not have to be "mechanically secure" in Australia? I see they are just held to the ceiling with plastic tie wraps and fixings.

You should leave the bell circuit off? In case there are multiple ground faults. Just saying 👍
