You forgot to tell us how long and at what temperature in the oven.......I think it's important.

For people that didn’t bother to check the description for the written recipe, here’s on the baking instructions, as quoted “Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Roast for 20 minutes, flip then roast for a further 10 minutes until the outer leaves are deep golden brown and crispy (see photos/video). Immediately transfer to warm serving bowl. Scrape loose parmesan breadcrumbs off the tray and sprinkle, then serve immediately.”

Anyone use frozen sprouts? I’m wondering if I should Blanche in boiling water first and then roast

after 30 min /400 owen parmesan is melted back ,charcoal on bottom ,that u need to scrape off/ tested

Shouldn’t they be blanched before they go in the oven?
