There is a game called "Spelling Bee" that kind of does that. You just make simple words at first, but on the last levels you have to make words that sounds like letters to make those letters.

This entire pack is about chaining puns. For example, in Fort, we have YOU = U, so FOYOUR = FOUR = FOR, therefore FOYOURT = FORT. Similarly, in Potato, we have TWO = TO (homophones), so POTATWO = POTATO.

As an aside: The word at the end of each level "Cogrunlatis" is most likely taken from Mario Party 8. In the files is the letters for the word "Congratulations" without any repeats, arranged in this amusing manner.

I thought the lily level was going to be "1 Skull Is Defeat" which would make exactly only one of the skulls defeat; I don't know if the actual solution is less or more cursed

The best level packs take one rule and explore 100s of different possible mechanics with it. This one makes 100s of new rules just to play out a few new mechanics. Though, it was fun to watch so there is that.

Imagine if "P9EL" was a valid alternate solution to the pixel level

This has the same energy as spelling words using different spellings of the same sound, like using "ghoti" for "fish".

Anyways, the obvious first step is fort -> Чt -> Fourt. The next step is to replace the letter u with the word you, so Fourt -> foyourt. (Also, excuse my use of the Cyrillic letter Che in place of the number Four, I just hate the way closed Four looks)
