This Baba Is You levelpack invents new cursed rules for the sake of solving the level with some dumb pun or joke, 10/10. The way it's implemented is also inconsistent and sometimes has actual mistakes by the creator in how it was implemented, which honestly fits the theme of the pack.

NOTE: This pack is big but it's a beta and some levels/interactions were broken (I found 3 things I considered broken)

14:22 fun fact ampersand is called that because of "and per se and". "per se" is when you want to say you're referring to the actual character/letter, not a word. so "o per se o" would be used so people know you're not referring to "owe". similarly, "and per se and" was used so much that it got shortened to "ampersand".

The "random mess of letters" levels are basically just a subset of the "kerning" problem, for which a generalized solution does not exist. therefor level is impossible :)

"H4QTRE" is "HFOAREQTER" because: "TRE" is the same as "TER" because both can be expanded to "TEARE". "FOARE" is the same as "FOR", which is the same as "FOUR", which is 4.

15:43 my best guess is that it's the T/TEA mechanic. RE gets turned into ARE due to the implied A at the end of T(EA) Edit: Also I think you won at 33:27 because the global LEVEL is on every tile, therefore on PAPER
