Hi Laura, Save the extra pan washing and just grill the veggies first in the panini press? Its made for that. Also if you try some hummus and caramelized red onions in place of the cheese in a sandwich it's the bomb. Happy Cooking. Thanks for always cooking up GREAT foods! Love your style!
