Winter in Poland, and especially in our regions (Bieszczady Mountains) can be burdensome, so we decided to make a vehicle that will be able to move on snow.
Please bear with us, because we don't have much experience in building vehicles and we couldn't predict everything.

We used the basic elements from the ATV 125.
The engine is with an automatic gearbox and unfortunately it is a bit weak as you can see in the video. Top speed is no more than 50 km/h, 30 mph.
The skis are made of stainless steel, so they should last a long time.
If you have any questions, ask them in the comments, we will try to answer them.

Pretty cool. I think I would change a couple of things and add a set of skis on the front much wider than the unit. Then I would remove the side skis and put in a set of foot rests much higher open or enclosed. A set of brakes on the rear tires and you are golden. Also homemade ski need to have the ribbed thing going down the middle that helps skis track in the snow.
  • Having a heat wave in Australia at the moment. This is just what I needed!

Good job,but it needs a carbide runner going down the center of the front ski to keep it tracking and steering straight, it will stop the front from drifting

Well done as always. Enjoy your new winter time toy! God bless.
  • I love it but think the front ski needs a stronger mount. Also if you put a piece of round steel rod on the bottom of the ski it may steer better.
  • Just love how you bang out projects! Like others have said-a pair of dual skis set wide up front, plus better stability, and a change of foot position or simple 'spray cover'; and a rack.

Can't always make useful things, you need something fun now and then. Love the dog sled brake, sort of Fred Flintstone brakes. Also, it's not done till it'll do burnouts. 👍🏻
  • Great build, thanks for sharing. I really enjoy the style of video you make. No annoying music, no weird special effects. Just the metalworking, the machines, the material and your skill. Keep up the great work 👍 And thanks for changing back the clickbait title
  • Your skills are very impressive! Most Americans your age are ignorant with manual labor and hand tools. God bless

  • With a added snow deflector. Buy a set transfer punches. It sure beats the blue marker. This is fun winter ride.

That is so freaking cool. Need to make a market on that.

I am just over 100 Kilograms, which, you look about my size, I wondered how well it would work, but it really moves! Super build! Love the attention to detail, especially the brake!
