So welcome to the next part of building a homemade mini skid steer.
This time we made a multi-purpose bucket that will be very helpful in this construction.

The whole thing weighs about 100 kg. The bucket's pressure is approximately 500 kg.
Hydraulic cylinders have a travel height of 100 mm.
The blades have dimensions of 110mm x 12mm.
The width of the bucket is approximately 100 cm.

Марсоход? Без проблем. Луноход? Ещё проще. Нет таких слов выразить восхищение его мастерством. Всего самого наилучшего мастеру.

Half Polish half Ukrainian here. Enjoy seeing this work being done. Reminds me of my father. Looking forward to seeing it working.

I know the price of steel isn't getting any cheaper, but for a bucket of that size, your cross sectional thicknesses are very light. Without an actual reference, I'm guessing most of the body is made of 5~7mm. The reinforcements are good design wise, just not heavy enough. The biggest redemption is the Hardox sections; treated with respect, they'll outlive the rest of the machine, and maybe a lot of us.

Definitely looking forward to the next phase of this build.

Add a gusset to the bottom, moving edge of the jaw, make like a triangle shaped box out of the entire jaw. That will keep the bottom jaw from bending forces when you are trying to pick things up and back dragging with the jaw open. I have seen many buckets fail into a U shape that did not have that reinforcement. I would use a 25mm x 50mm tube laid flat on the bottom about 1/3 of the way from the back of the jaw, then lay plate down over that to the cutting edges on both sides.

Trochę brakuje sztywności w tej łyżce. Widać to przy testach siłowników. Może warto dospawac na bokach jakieś wzmocnienia. Powodzenia, świetny projekt

Quite the clever project I am always impressed by your designs. I must admit to thinking those cylinder pin attachments look a bit weak to my eye. I am a retired professional engineer. The highly stressed sharp corners and welds are prone to fatigue cracking due to the resulting stress concentrations. I guess you will know soon enough if it is adequate once you get it up and running. Looking forward to next video.

I've been a subscriber for many years—and it's great seeing you challenge yourself more/more as your skills increase and you become more creative. Looking forward to the next installment. Well done as always and a 👍 God bless.

Good, you're going Skidd Steer Quicktatch on the bucket attachment. That's gonna save you headaches when you're switching implements.
