2-INGREDIENT LENTIL WRAPS:
Red Lentils (1 Cup)
Water (2 Cups)
You Favorite Seasoning (2-3 Tbs)

LOAD UP WITH:
Sauce or Hummus
Sliced Tomato
Chopped Lettuce
Avocado Slices
Sliced Red Onion
Sliced Cucumber
Hot Sauce

    Rinse dried lentils until water runs clear Combine 3 cups water to 1 cup lentils Let soak 3 hours to overnite. Add lentils and water to the blender. Add seasonings. Blend until desired thickness. Add oil to pan. Pour lentil mix into pan. Cook on one side until wrap can be flipped like a pancake. Cook the other side until browned. Done. Repeat with the remaining lentil mix. Enjoy your two ingredient Lentil wraps๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ.

    I make both lentil wraps and chickpea (garbanzo) wraps, both are super simple, nutritious, versatile and delicious. This way I have cut so far back on consuming conventional sliced bread, I may never eat it again.

  • I just discover the Lentil recipe Last year from my Ethiopian friend. I cannot stop making them, and I eat the Lentil Bread with EVERYTHING LOL. Lentil bread is the healthiest bread I have ever made. I also blend spinach and garlic in my lentils, it is so great, you can blend anything with the lentils. Now I am hungry from watching this. YUMMY
