That was adorable and funny! I love how most of the cat's "crimes" are perfectly normal cat behavior, until he mentions that cult meeting.

This is so adorable omg The cat physics of it basically being liquid is spot on

I like how even after the cat tried to eat him the kid's still happy his cat is ok 😂 This is so cute and incredibly well animated!

I love how you can see everything that goes on in the kids brain he goes from "I knew it!" To "Wait thats a bad thing!" In like two seconds.
  • I have a black cat named Lucipurr and I call her Lucy for short so this made me really happy 🥰
  • This came up in my recommended. My black cat passed away just a few weeks ago. This brought a smile to my face, it reminds me so much of her. Her nickname was literally "our little house demon". Too perfect. Thank you.

That shot of Lucy's "tongue" shooting out to grab him was such a phenomenal piece of animation, I had to rewind to watch it again. Just wow. This was very impressive. Looking forward to more!

This deserves full length movie treatment! It's flipping adorable, it's hilarious, and heartwarming! Not to mention the very solid animation!
  • My cat, Lucy died last April. She was many things, silly, occasionally devious, and loved to grab your feet or hands from under the bed. I’m other words, this little film reminded me of her. ❤ Thank you 🥹

Love how the cat’s eyes widened to show interest in the Doorstopper. You nailed the Feline behavior well!
  • @awifawn
The way the cat looks is amazing! It looks 2d while being 3d, whereas the kid is more 3d. This is amazing!!!!!!!

I am not a college professor, but I highly approve of this animation quality. Would totally watch a feature film made this way. =)

This video reminds me of something that happened ages ago. Back in High School over Summer I'd spend a lot of time at my friend Jeremy's House. He had a little sister who was about 3 or 4 at the time. One day whilst we were watching something on the computer she came into the room and Jeremy noticed a scratch on her arm and he inquired how she got it, she replied, in a sweet but serious voice; 'Satan scratched me!' We both yelled out 'WHAT?!' With a mixture of amusement, concern and bewilderment. 'Satan scratched me! See!' She repeated firmly, showing us her arm with the scratch. 'I don't think he likes me...' 'Ha..haha... yeah...' I said looking to Jeremy... You can imagine how troubling her statements were. So we both started quickly firing off questions testing her to see if it was a misunderstanding but her answers either did little to calm us or, more concerningly, made things that much more sinister and worrying. With questions like 'Did he say anything to you?' 'No, he doesn't talk.' 'What does he look like?' She responded with 'He's black, and, uh, small and he has yellow eyes... And nails! That's what he scratched me with!' After a few more questions one of us asked 'Have you seen him before?' 'Yes, but sometimes he's there and sometimes he's not. Sometimes he follows me around but most of the time he just watches me.' ... That one actually genuinely shocked us both, neither of us said anything for about 10 seconds after that... I mean we were being told that a small, black, yellow eyed 'entity' that didn't like her would come and go, sometimes following her around but mostly he would just watch her... And now no longer content to just watch her he had actively attacked her... And despite being unable to talk, he had somehow communicated to a 3-4 year old little Jewish girl, that his name, of all possible names, was Satan... That gave the both of us pause. Concerned, suspicious and slightly dumbfounded Jeremy eventually said 'Show us where this happened.' Then without saying anything she confidently led us through the house and into the garden, and pointed at the fence. That's when Jeremy figured it out. The Next Door Neighbour's new Cat named 'Satin' had been the one to scratch her, and she just hadn't learned the cat's name properly. We both collapsed into hysterical, deeply relieved laughter once we figured it out, and went on to excitedly tell the rest of his family. Still, for a few moments there, it was quite sincerely like being in The Exorcist.

awh the part where Lucy plays with the doorstopper is so adorable. Great film with humour and that 3d animation is seamless!
