I used to listen to the original version of the song so much when I was 12-13, I still love it because it got me through that time frame. This makes it more meaningful, thank you for your beautiful music!

I was listening to the original version when I was in primary school. Now in high school, 18 years old, just before my classes, I'm sobbing like a child. I wasn't that good with english back then and I didn't really understand the lyrics or the creepypasta itself. When I learned about what happened, and now that my english is better, I can understand the lyrics and the meaning behind them. Now I understand why I was so subconsciously attatched to both the Puppeteer himself and the song. Thank you so much for the remaster.

Still love this song after so many years.. also still love painted smile after so many years, thank you for making all of the Creepypasta songs. It helped me through the trauma I had been dealing with for so many years, what drew me to Creepypasta was due to their traumas being so close to mine.. and your songs added the extra film of protection. I’m safe now, and slowly becoming happier. Everytime I hear this song or painted smile, all I can do is just.. smile so widely because it makes me feel just so happy, protected, safe, and at total bliss. Thank you for helping me through those hard times.
