  • Got my 900 a month ago. Without this video I'd be lost. Thanks for explaining the setting.
  • @napper1496
I gave up experimenting with all the settings and now I just use the manufacturer’s basic settings. Much easier and less frustrating

Recently purchased a Minelab Equinox 700 and have discovered it is difficult to find a tutorial specifically done for the 700. I appreciate this tutorial as it did help me understand the various functions of each setting and why to set them there. Hopefully I can now start finding more valuable items than the nails, screws, pull tabs, pop cans and other junk we have been digging. Thanks.

So far, I'm only 9 minutes into this settings info video and I can already tell that this is going to be SUPER helpful. For the past 5 days, I've been immersing myself in tons of these videos in preparation for my Minelab Equinox 600, which arrived today! I'm so jazzed and I can't wait to being beach detecting here in Long Beach, CA. Thanks for taking the time to produce this video and keep up the good work! Regards, -Dave

Got the Nox 900 for Christmas but I've not taken it out yet until I've educated myself on how to use it. Thank you for an excellent tutorial video to help me get started. I took a lot of notes.

Clear, concise instructions. Very helpful. Personally the red backlight i like it, had it on my 540.
  • @4AnimeFreak
I'm excited to see the red screen for myself 😅 can't wait! My wife bought me a 900 for my birthday haha just waiting for the mail 😁
  • @timrodatz1274
Just bought the 900 first time user so this will be something to learn. Thank for the video
  • @Stack_Silver
Thanks for the demo! The 900 is a fabulous detector! I considered buying the Nox900, and while I realize the Nox900 is a more capable detector due to its greater amount ofsetting choices and a gold mode, but Mineab made it an easy decision for me to purchase their newest Sinulataneous Multi-Frequency (SMF) detector: The Xterra Elite Expedition Pack. For under $600 that includes 2 Coils (the V12X & the V8X), and the ML85 WIreess Headphones, it’s a great value. The good news is these coils and headphones work between the Equinox models and Xterra Elite making a future upgrade to a Nox900 also an easy choice.
  • @treasuresleuthbc
Really good job on explaining the setting to the Equinox 900. It was really helpful when I got my machine. Keep up the awesome work!
  • @MrMagieck
I have the xterra, but learned a whole lot about features both machines have in common. Thanks!
