This THREE 🍕 New York style 16" Large PIZZA's 🍕 dough made from scratch

In a bowl mix well the following:
- water: 0.5l
- yeast: 1 tbsp or 7g
- sugar: 1 tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- olive oil: 60ml
Add:
- flour: 240g + 240g
Mix until everything is well combined.
Add a drizzle of olive oil.
Let the dough sit for 1 hour.
The dough is good for 3 large pizzas.
Divide the dough into 3 pieces.
Open each piece and make a pizza form.
Add tomato sauce and cheese.
Add toppings of your choice:
- mushrooms, onions, tomato, seedless green olives, chicken breast
Seasonings of your choice:
- a touch of sesame seeds and oregano
🍕 Bake the pizza 🍕
