"Seems a bit sus, but I'll try it anyway" sells you a stolen Macbook Air
  • @txcforever
Just selling stuff without bothering removing/unlinking the accounts from the devices is borderline criminal. Also having prices borderline more expensive than other marketplaces or even actual stores makes me think like they pick stuff from various sellers online (ebay/facebook or whatever) and just sell them with a small bump in price for a profit. In general this screams scam where they target random people surfing TikTok or whatever that think the Macbook they are buying for $300 is the same as the one Apple sells for $1000.

Even the pawn shop cleans the headphones before they sell them.

310 for a 9th gen iPad? What the fuck, Walmart has these fuckers brand new all day for 230
  • @BenjaminHari
Oofff...not only they didn't check the returned Mac Air if it's locked to school system but they've also gave you Type C cabel with iPhone 12....and they call themselves STRICTLY Apple? Yikes...

I love how at least two of the items were likely stolen and sold to strictly apple.. and then they did not test it and sent them to austin.. excuse me, Mr. Luigi
  • @JohnnyVent
The whole "refund for store credit" thing is some bs already. It needs to go back to the original payment method even if that's minus a restocking fee. I've made an effort to not shop at stores that do that crap for years now.

You got lucky on the exchange. I got a Macbook Air from there for my son and it to was locked. Been trying for 3 weeks to get Strictly Apple to fix the problem but they have told me multiple times they can't do nothing about it. The company is just one big scam

Super huge legal issues selling a locked MacBook... That is extremely sus and I wouldn't ever buy from them.
  • @lukebarnard8176
A lot of people don't understand that when schools or companies recycle their devices, most of the time they don't do due diligence and properly wipe the devices and remove remote management. It could still be stolen, but probably not.
  • @cwafflestx
You should contact Pasco County School district about that MacBook. It obviously was not tested by Strictly Apple and could be stolen.

Austin... i mean Pierre Luigi endend doxing himself. Thanks Strictly Apple...
  • @dragon2knight
Damn....and NO REFUNDS....thanks for letting us know just how bad this sham of a company is Austin....I'm sorry your bank account had to take such a huge hit to do it though 😣
  • This entire video is basically Austin getting excited then immediately followed by a “gotcha”. The checkout “tipping option”, the MacBook having remote management, the scratch on the iPhone 12, the fact that the AirPods Max was super dirty and owned by someone else
  • @nintendork07
for any of these "refurbished" tech sites, a return policy like that is an absolute deal breaker. basically stick to eBay or Amazon, maybe swappa.
  • Gamer's Nexus tech Jesus would have dug into that whole potentially stolen item supply chain, contacting that school system and the headphone owner.
  • @lisetrefugio885
“This might be the worst refurbished store we’ve ever shopped on” 26:57 Dammm 💀
  • @Chrish1981
Dude the tip thing is soooo freakin outrageous!!! The pay for the work is the damn payment, why would you get a tip?? I guess if your already scamming someone might as well pile on! Lol great vid!
  • @tropixi5336
how can you tip when you havent even had the products yet, it seems dumb
