    That Walking Wood Marinade then reinforcing the flavor with the rub/seasoning was a great start. those ribs definitely looked Money 💰👍🏼🇺🇸....making my mouth water 💦
  • No better way to cook ribs than in a Drum Smoker IMHO... I use the warming oven on my LSG offset as drum smoker setup where I typically hang my ribs, hams, shoulders and whole birds. Delicious 😋 Thanks for sharing this cook CJ.

    Good day to you. I was just sent to your channel and Walkers Wood is really good. I do 50/50 Hot and Mild with a little BBQ sauce or ketchup for sweet. I know to each his own when it comes to BBQ, but Mesquite and Jerk don't mix (asking for trouble ... LOL). Try a milder wood like Alder, Pecan, or Apple. I throw in some Whole Allspice ad Bay leaves when I'm cooking ( first few hours) and spritz straight beer. My dry rub is Blue Mountain or Jamaican Choice. Nice to see they didn't Fall off the Bone too. People think they should for some reason. Much Success my Man!

    DAAAAAAAAAAMN CJ. THOSE LOOK AMAZING BROTHER. I love me some WALKERSWOOD. I stopped making my own jerk Marinade because of that stuff. Hard to beat something that's always consistent with the flavor. Great cook man.
