House and property prices will plummet, insurance prices will sky rocket and tens of thousands of law abiding tax paying citizens will leave. Bus drivers will refuse to drive there, businesses will close and any new businesses that were considering coming there will now go somewhere else. Leeds future has just been decided by sociopaths.
