Easy Chicken Alfredo Recipe

I love this guy's commitment to having all of his cookware look like it was made before 1860. I respect the "Victorian-era Apothecary" vibes.

I made this tonight for my family and it was absolutely delicious. The first couple of bites came with “Wow” and multiple head nods. As well as “this is really good.” 😊

Unlike other vloggers, he does not label his dish with "authentic" or "traditional". It's his version as done with ingredients found in this country... and it's delicious 😋.

Thank you, John, for another delicious looking dinner. I have a story about Alfredo's in Rome you might enjoy. My parents went to Europe in 1956 with a group. Their trip included dinner at Alfredo's in Rome. Alfredo, himself, came to their table and mixed the pasta with the sauce at the table. I'm not sure how many were in their group, but it was probably a dozen or so. After mixing the pasta, Alfredo served my mom first. She was delighted, of course, but assumed he'd just picked her at random. She later heard that Alfredo always served either the prettiest or the oldest woman at the table. My mom said she was def not the oldest (she was 37).

John's kitchen is an absolute dream. Always watch your videos twice, once for the recipe and again to drool over your setup.
