Quick tip: if you have more salt than you'd like, toss a potato in there, it'll absorb the salt, so you can enjoy even if you added too much parm

I pull my chicken out of the oven at 155° to 160°. It always has a carryover temperature and typically rises another 10°. That way you’re pretty much guaranteed a juicy chicken. You could always put it back in for a minute or two but you can’t reverse it as you well know. Love your videos. Stay well ❤

So the first time I watch this video, I did not listen and I went to the store to buy Alfredo sauce. I’m watched this video again today and followed every direction & when I was done making it actually from scratch with the heavy, whipping cream, the butter and the garlic this was so good .& I added broccoli
