Tell me how do prefer your hot chocolate THIN or THICK? This my Italian style hot chocolate. As you can see it's pretty thick! In Italy hot chocolate aka 'cioccolata calda' often has an almost pudding-like texture and kidding you not we eat it with a tiny spoon!

Although for this recipe I've used milk chocolate buttons you can make it even more decadent by using some dark chocolate. Don't forget to serve it with some whipped cream!

INGREDIENTS:
1 -1/2 cup milk (use a splash to mix cocoa and cornflour)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornflour
1 -1/2 tbsp sugar (use as desired)
100g dark or milk chocolate
Whipped cream for topping

    I suggest not keeping the heat too high otherwise the milk separates and you get little granules like you see when its being poured. Also strain into the cup - the texture is much smoother and velvety.

    I am not joking when I say that hot chocolate was the best thing I had this entire week. 1 thing I'd recommend is the amount of sugar it ws rlly sugary fr me prolly because i used white chocolate but be careful on the amount of sugar tho add less. Disregarding that, that was literally the most chocolatey milky, beautiful thing I've ever fricking had. 1 like from me. ♡♥︎

I am feeling so happy right now I just like wow this is a delicious but I have the first ship of this drink and my mum also love it.❤ My mum tell me to add some sugar and it will be tasty more better than before but I like.
