I have experienced a shift recently about how I engage with lower vibrational people, in that I don't. I just don't spend precious time in an exchange of low energy. It is corrosive and seeps into your very spirit. Your path is laid out before you and you've no time to entertain such foul mindset, its sluggish, it'll only slow you down. Refine your shine and don't look back.

I am so glad you decided to remain on youtube, Colette! Your videos are such a blessing! Please know that for EVERY nasty comment left by trolls, you are receiving at least a dozen hugs and good wishes from the rest of us who appreciate you!

I’ve always “lived like this,” too. Great to meet someone else who largely prefers her own company and that of an animal companion and never feels the need to be entertained by anything more than a book and a documentary. Don’t know about you but I absolutely relished the month when the world stopped. Since you live in the countryside, you may not have noticed a marked difference. But here in this small city, it was heavenly. We could hear the birds much better. There was no traffic noise, few people on the streets. The sky was clearer and brighter. There was a sense that all the world was united in giving the Earth and her animals room to breathe. Deer in the streets in Israel, river otters frolicking in a harbor park in Japan, dolphins returning to the canals in Venice. Someone said, it was the greatest moment of global unity we are likely to see in our lifetime. I felt that if we could do this, we could do anything! That feeling is gone now that lockdown is over and the noise and pollution and human chaos are back. I miss it. I didn’t mean for this to be so long. First time I’ve written this down. Thanks for listening.

I don't usually comment in YouTube videos, but I want to show my support of your channel, I have been a subscriber for about 5 months. I always enjoy your garden and your calming voice. I'm glad you don't tolerate negativity. Blessings to you and Jack.

Dear Colette, Your channel is a HUGE distraction and so beautiful! You can wipe away all of the negativity coming and going in my life by just clicking on your videos with a cup of tea or coffee in hand. I have learned so very much from you. I am disabled BUT BUT I can get out and plant 2 plants a day. Yes maybe just 2 plants but hey it is better than none. You inspire me in more ways than one. I was ever so excited when my cousin and her husband came to bring me a love seat for my yard. "Ben" is a retired forest ranger, he was so thrilled at one of my trees!!! He also, unknown to him made me think of you. He said wow you have a whole woodland setting here beside your home! :) He also helped me learn which birds were which. I have had birds that I had never seen before coming to my feeders in the spring! I live in the city but less than a block from woodland. I love mamma earth and do my best. I have always been that way but with your spark of energy it helps me keep on keeping on! You are such a great inspiration! Brightest Blessings to you and dear Jack!!

I am appalled at people!! Just because you have a Youtube channel doesn't mean you have to share your entire life, your bank statement, and your personal life. We love and appreciate you so much. I am sorry that some have hurt your heart.

Don't let ignorance, hate and stupidity get you down. Unfortunately these people are plentiful.This is why I enjoy lock down so much, I'm fed up with the human race myself, your channel brings me peace and comfort and hope.

Don't feel sorry Colette if it is necessary to close the comment section, it's first about you and how you feel. Courage and authenticity is so rare in this dominant culture. So many people are seperated from what was ones normal and the ability to have a respectful communication is not common for them. You for sure have no hidden agenda and it's so appreciated. Colette, you are such an inspiration to me. I am 61, disabled, and and starting a garden for the 8th time in my life. You give me the courage and motivation to point to where I'm going to plant my trees, and what shrubs will go where, and to know that I can do it.

Collette my beautiful soul. Do not let the trolls trigger you to anger. The toxicity permeates through into the wonderful oasis you have created and taints the very essence of what you have achieved. The closer to the beauty we get we shine out like a beacon to those in need but also too the darkness too. Please see this for what it is and be at peace. When the darkness attacks stand up in your warrior strength and push more of the beauty forward understand that your loving light is all that is needed to send the darkness fleeing. Trust your beauty and in nature and you can never go wrong.

It's called jealousy Colette. The haters are jealous. They see the beautiful life that YOU'VE CREATED for yourself and Jack through the hard work with your own two hands and they simply cannot stand it. These haters are nothing but a bunch of keyboard warriors trying to bring you down but too LAZY to improve their own lot in life.
