I wonder what was behind the decision of not putting it in after all. Like, wouldn’t it objectively be better to have some kind of music in your online store? It always kind of felt wrong that the Nintendo e shop is so quiet.

I don’t think it’s too late to add music. Next time they do maintenance on the Nintendo Switch eShop they could add the theme song.

The fact it's in the files is insane... reminds me of how they enabled bluetooth (for headphones and stuff) long after launch... like a feature they just forgot to turn on before launch
