I was in Jamie's Italian 2 years ago after having been in Inverness for a couple of weeks with 35 collegues from Canada. I had the prawn linguini which was really complex and delicious. If I get back to Glasgow, I'll stop by again!!

Gennaro is so passionate and serious about cooking he is seasoning the food while it is in the oven!! Although technically if some spice like salt or black pepper is missing it won't hurt the video because the viewer will not know it, but still he can't let it be. He really cooks with a lot of love

I'm lucky that I live right near a market that has an awesome fish market, with some of the freshest prawns I've tasted. Langoustines are expensive, but actually there's no waste. once you've picked all the meat out, save the shells in the freezer to make fish stock. Honestly, my freezer is a graveyard full of carcasses and bones! 😂 lovely recipe, it's given me some ideas for my channel. I reckon it would be good with fresh mussels or crab too. ☺🦀🐚
