Thank you. So many ways to make Oxtail soup 🥣 the oxtail needs to cook for many hours. I tried 2 hours and it needed much more. Very good recipe 🎉

Thank you for the recipe, I appreciated the history too! I like to boil and then roast the oxtails in the oven before putting them in the soup. I think it adds a depth
