I distinctly remember sitting in front of the tv, watching her make her Pavlova and writing down the recipe. I was maybe ten years old.

I truly enjoy her very real personality. Easy, comforting, and sweet. Not pretentious or staged.

It's her reassuring, stimulating and very feminine presence that I love and at the same time, above all the simple, direct attitude she has. I absolutely adore her!

Her presence is always both welcoming and comforting as if I'm sitting at her kitchen counter and watching her do her magic. Pure genuine and doesn't sound so scripted. <3

  • How can I be her neighbour or friend? The woman exudes the kind of laid back, confidence I gravitate towards. She makes me believe she and I are 'gyaffing' it up in my kitchen. The entire ambience is so comfortable and inviting - if I were to choose to have a friend I want one just like her!
  • Pavlova never performed in Swan Lake. She did Dying Swan dance and got the cake named after her after she performed it in Australia.

I was in shock myself when I found out she was in her late 30's when her first show aired - I thought she was 26.
