    The Amish have a church picnic chicken that is cooked with paprika and onions so that the caramelized onions create a flavorful, sticky coating. The dish is meant to be served room temperature.

  • I would salt the grated courgettes and keep it covered for half an hour. It would leach all its juices which I would squeeze out. Easy peasy.
