This time it took quite some effort to find out who the owner of this place was. After some research I actually managed to get his name and his number.
He told me that he had moved away many years ago and since then no-one has had the time or energy to take care of the place.
To see properties like this makes me really sad because they still have a lot of potential to make it a beautiful home. Actually the owner of this one told us that he wants to sell the place after we are done with it.
