  • Of all the chefs I've seen on this channel this old master is one that I'm drawn to the most. His cooking looks so easy but it seems to explode with flavors. The way he prepares the food makes it a no nonsense, no frou-frou, no hassle way of cooking that draws me in. Plus who doesn't love Italian cooking? I don't want tv but I'm surprised this old man never had his big cooking show.

    This is currently my favourite YouTube channel, so thanks for that. I made this recipe last night with a couple of adjustments (only olive oil instead of the butter oil mix, spelt penne, a different sheep cheese, as I don't have pecorino, and pumpkin seeds instead of almonds, as I am allergic to nuts), and I just ate it for lunch. It was delicious!!!!! Thank you Gennaro and thank you Jaime :-)
