Would it have been that hard to get someone from Chicago to fly out and show you a real Italian Beef Sandwich? I feel bad for anyone who goes to that guy’s restaurant and thinks they’re getting the real deal.
  • @hamburglar83
Lost me at wet rub….” Traditionally I guess it has Italian ingredients”……it’s called a Italian beef for a reason.
  • @SM-Flyers
You want to do a show on how to make Italian beef and you get a guy from NYC who has a NY restaurant? WTF is wrong with you guys? What a crock of crap you showed, It is not real Italian Beef!
  • @NALugo-zv5hq
This video could've been better if the host and chef learn to not talk all at once and at rapid speed.
  • @tboi937
Y’all disrespectful lmao! That does NOT look good. Do better by Chicago.
  • @CHEFDADDY21
It's called an italian beef from chicago..disrespectful smh
  • @jje70
Not even close. Honey? Mustard? WTF is this? You're taking the best sandwich ever created and ruining it, and you're putting this out nationwide, bastardizing and misrepresenting it. Please stop the nonsense, come to the Chicago area, find a mom and pop beef stand, like Jay's, Johnnies,Johnnie's, or Romas and find out what the REAL thing is. BTW, it is French bread, not some "inbetween" thing.
  • Sorry, but that’s way too neat and put together. Bread is all wrong.
  • @ekraszewski
Wrong giardiniera. That’s not Chicago style at all. And what’s with the honey mustard rub? Nice try. But that NY chef doesn’t have a clue.

Could barely get through a couple of minutes of this because they're all talking over each other all the time! Can't believe this is from an actual TV show, will find a recipe elsewhere thanks!
