Video teaches us: 1. Run your own race (stand in your own lane) 2. Be willing to be eccentric (Every leader in the world was once laughed at) 3. Stand for world class (Raise your standards friends, leaders and everything) 4. Be deep vs be light 5. Be kind (Gratitude is what makes you)

  • Robin sir, what appeals the most to me about you, is that you are an honest, sincere and a genuine person. Thank you! 🙂❤️🙏

Thank you Robin for your guidance. I was recently offered ( and accepted) an Office Manager position in a growing dental specialty office. After 30 years as a chair side dental assistant and no management/ business experience, I questioned my own ability to be successful. My fears of disappointing my employer are very real BUT I know I CAN do it. I will commit to starting small and making each day an opportunity for positive change. I am looking forward to the journey.

G-d bless you, Robin for all the wisdom you’re sharing. Feel blessed listening to you🙏💕

Robin! You are unbelievably generous! Thank you so much for sharing all this knowledge. Of course most of us have probably heard these theories before, but to be honest you put them in a much wider context, show us how and why we should hed implement them into our lives. I have watched many different coaches and you are by far the only one who makes sense with everything you are saying! :)

The last incident "To be Kind"- It really touched me @robin sharma. Thank you
  • @ChrisBeers01
I'm literally in tears after that one. Maybe it's because I had a long weekend full of great work (and less sleep that I needed). Regardless I'm extra moved by point number 5 in this video Robin, "Be Kind."
  • Loved your talk! #3 I feel that while trying to learn to become better, we must keep in mind that other people are still at some other point of their journey..they still have to learn. We must learn not to start judging others around us and differentiating things and habits as good and bad. While improving ourselves,we must learn to take inefficiencies too in our stride! This will teach us patience, get rid of the SELF (ego), teach us to love people as THEY ARE not as WE like them to be, be free from negative thoughts and biases and as you said #1 actually run our own race..😊
  • Such profound wisdom - simple and easy words, all that we have forgotten. Thank you Robin. You mean a tonne of value to us. The other video where you mentioned how you rather write to do list on paper that on phone as you will forget otherwise if you write on phone- that so much resonated with me !
  • @synamot624
brought me to tears.. Thank you for helping to make me a better person... a stranger that was KIND enough to enlighten his brothers and sisters
  • @bertwright6327
Thank you for those words. I could feel your emotions on the last tip. It is so true that Being Kind is important. We receive what we put out in the world.
  • @ektorastartanis
I am really moved and inspired by your authenticity and kindness and professionalism. Thanks for being so real and fearless to share your life and thoughts.
  • Sorry but I think it's worth my entire day on my phone screen watching you. Thank you for such great mentoring. Another life is changed by you
  • With most audio books and VLogs I can do other things concurrently like a chore or whatever but with yours I'm compelled to sit down with pen and paper and take notes without any distraction. I think one of the things about your work that I appreciate the most is the clear contrast and distinctions that you make between what it takes to "work in rare air" versus being in the "cult of mediocrity". You are the real ambassador of how to attain World Class performance. - Scott

Been waking up at 5 am for 2 and a half weeks now, 5-6 days per week... I would've never even thought of the idea... even 7 am was hard enough for me. After trying it however, I fucking love it. So glad I found your channel man. Another sound video. Cheers
