My favorite thing about journaling is the level of clarity I feel after doing it. A major part of my morning routine.

Writing in a journal was the best thing I ever started in my entire life. Over 10 years ago I had a bad case of social anxiety. By writing in a journal I was able to grow so much! Now Im reading it on video and sharing it with people to inspire them that change is possible! :)

Install habit of Journalling because Important reasons for Journalling are:

    1. Organises your thinking
    1. Vague thinking leads to vague production - Clarity leads to mastery
    2. Fosters hope
    1. Persistence over intelligence
    3. Allows you to repeat and relieve favourite experiences
    1. Write about favorite happenings in emotional level on Journal
    4. Imprints deliberate gratitude
    1. Gratitude is a muscle
    5. Process through and release low energy emotions
    6. Exponential learning sustainability
    1. By writing what you learnt - you increase sustainability or stickiness of what you have learnt
    7. Allows you to record your remarkable life

"They tried to burry me, but they didn't understand that we were seeds."
That quote went straight deep into my heart and mind that I had to pause the video and reflect that very moment. Thank you so much for this, Robin.

One thing i think 'journaling' does is that it provides you a moment of calmness and detachment from the hustle and bustle of life. This is my personal deconstruction from 'journaling'

Had to watch this 5 times before finally installing the habit and really understanding what to do. Thank you, Robin!

Here are the things that I took (that weren't said) and that will help you install the habit.
    1. Journaling is to write your thoughts, experiences and struggles down. It lets you think «on paper» , helping you learn and remember what you've learned or experienced.
    2. I would put this habit right after the 5 a.m. ritual.
    3. If you are struggling from starting to journal, look deep inside you and see what emotions are stopping you (might be embarrassment, fear or something else) and deconstruct your feelings. Ask what they are, why they are there and try to find a working solution to this problem.

Journaling is a key part of an amazing life, and I hope you will give yourself a chance to have an amazing life :)

It’s 4:30 am, first day of the 2020 new year. I bought a journal about 3-4 months ago but hadn’t wrote anything down on it, except research on some daycares for my two toddlers and some planning for their past birthday celebrations. Before attempting to give journaling a shot, I wanted to look up some videos on how to start. I’m deeply grateful and more motivated than ever to begin the journaling of my experience, after watching your masterclass video. I think I got #6 down pretty good, about writing what you learned, especially after watching. Now, I at least have instructions on the first pages. Everything that you’ve shared it’s golden and beautiful. I can’t wait to start making journaling my new 2020 habit. I am grateful for watching your video. Thank you ❤️

Thank you Robin, I’m striving to be a better father a better partner a better son and brother, life really is Grand and seems to go by faster and faster, I’m learning to slow down and appreciate all the small things and everyone in my life
  • My morning routine often changes but my journal remains always in because it is the best tool I have ever experienced. My thoughts go incredibly further than ordinary and I find many more solutions, more original.
  • @DeniseWalsh1
Keeping a journal has shifted my daily mindset and long term achievement, but it's also done so much more than that. Journaling gets rid of everything bouncing around in your mind for added clarity (and sanity).
  • oh wowww ! that was infectious ! it's the middle of the night and I feel like springing out of bed and journal my beautiful, colorful, delicious life ...full of every flavor ...of success and failure ! thanks Robin ! you're the man !
  • @jimbrausky
Failure is good. It means you tried something and learned, and can create ways to improve it. While not doing anything, nothing is done and nothing is learned at all.
