Another tip: talk to your subconsciousness before sleep: Iā€™m going to have a good sleep now and iā€™ll get up at 5am sharp

Wow, my alarm goes off at 4.55am every morning and I am at the gym by 6.00 - have done this every day for the past 7 years.

It's very sad watching this at 5am, before going to bed :(

"the way you feel when you first wake up, isnt necessary the way you feel 20 min later." ill remember that!
  • Early to bed, early to rise. Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. šŸ˜ A poem read in KG.

What I really love about Robin is that he gives actual advice and a plan, unlike the other coaches, who motivate you but don't show you how to EXACTLY do it. Thank you so much for this great content

5-8am is the time of we housewives, cooking, ironing, preparing children to go to school etc. We wake up 4.30am to start the day. I think most of the Sri Lankans are awaken at that time! Schools start at 7.30am.

My Mom taught me to ask your pillow to help wake you up and it really worked for me.
  • I have been applying your advise in many ways and am getting a lot more done and feeling a lot better. I want to suggest one very simple and powerful technique that has helped me get up and has worked for me all my life when I needed to get up early. I didn't see this in the video but it's powerful. It is this: When you lay down to go to sleep, visualize in your minds eye the numbers of the time that you need to get up. And mentally affirm that it is very important that you must get up at this time. (For me this works best if it is associated with an important event like interview or whatever). Bottom line it works. The many times I have done this, I just needed to convince my subconscious mind that it is important and visualize when I must get up. Every time, I end up either waking up a minute before alarm goes off. Or waking up a min before the time even if I forget to set the alarm. AND.....I feel a lot of energy to get out of bed. I don't feel like staying in bed when I do this. I have a spring to get out of bed and more energy. Again, the basic idea is convincing myself 'afirmative and important reason to get up, and visualize time'. :)
