You will never know how strong you are until you forgive someone who does not apologize, and accept an apology that you will never receive... Healing does not mean that the pain no longer exists, but rather it means that the hurt no longer controls your life... We forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness: Because we deserve peace."

Truth being spoken! Being a guy the only thing I can ask all the male viewers to please don’t create any disrespect or hatred for the person who left you. Heal yourself and make a better life for yourself. May God bless you’ll ❤️

I loved the point about being an introvert and getting attracted to someone who is an extrovert and that's a gap or void inside us that has to be filled by working on ourselves and not looking for that elsewhere.
  • After 10 years of attachment, relationship with someone. Now he is getting married to someone. I'm totally devastated right now.

Mera breakup toh nahi but rejection hai. And it really hurt me a lot. We were friends but after that he don't talk. I wanted to talk badly sometimes i used to text him but aise reply deta tha ki woh care hi nahi karta. It's been years now we don't meet, we don't talk. Now itna pain nahi hota jitna beginning phase mein hota tha. Abhi itna importance nahi hai uska mere dil mein which i had before. Life is going good. Working on myself. My career. Happy!! But searching for new.

  • I think, Time never heals us, time just teaches us to live with the Pain we got.❤️‍🩹

The most crucial factor in healing is establishing no contact. It's akin to letting a burned hand recover – would it heal faster by repeatedly touching a hot stove or by giving it the time and space to heal without further injury? The analogy is clear, yet in relationships, we often find ourselves impulsively touching the "stove." No contact is designed to facilitate your healing process. It may be painful initially, but it's the key to your recovery. Remember, healing takes time, and the process might involve intermittent pain. However, with each passing day, you'll gradually feel better. Trust the process, and soon you'll find yourself completely healed.
