I love cooking since l was a kid and I want to share it here. I took (HRM) Hotel and Restaurant Management and graduated in 1995 in Philippines. Growing up we always sold food and eventually opened up a small family restaurant called (Carenderia) for over ten years.

When I got married and moved to USA I missed what I did back home. As a cook and food lover, I still want to learn more and do more cooking which I’m passionate about.

I hope my ideas and techniques on how I cook will help the viewers make the best food they ever made. Say for example, anybody can learn how to cook Chicken Adobo (A Filipino dish) but it doesn’t have the same taste and texture like mine. Some of my friends said that they don’t understand why my food tastes better than their food, not mushy and look appetizing.
