This Bread-maker machine is very good for who wants to make a loaf of bread, hot fresh bread , it takes 3:30 hours to cook so it’s good to set up the timer before get in the bed if you want to have a hot fresh hot bread in the morning. 2/3 Cup Water
2 Cups Bread Flour
1-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp Dry Milk
1 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tps Salt
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Add an egg to the recipe,it helps with rising and add another teaspoon yeast and flour,1 loaf

You dont need a zojirushi to make good bread.
