I met hang gliding in August 2021 and have been receiving instructions from Steve Wendt at Blue Sky Flight Park in Virginia. He’s one of the best instructors in the US. I’m completely hooked and in love with this sport. It’s been a life changing, mind altering experience. Hope my videos connect me with many wonderful pilots out there and I wish my videos to reach to many people who are new to this magical sport.
I’m using shorts to share my aerial silks journey as well. Started taking class in February 2023. I met this art in the middle of winter month without any flyable days and I was about to go insane. It’s been nice to have something outside of hang gliding since flying is very much weather dependent activity and requires lots of hang waiting. Silks, yes I want to share my progress but I’m also hoping it helps to bring more female audience to my channel. Hang gliding is not a gender specific activity. It would be so awesome to see more female pilots in this sport.
