[INGREDIENTS]
A pan I used today: Top diameter: 7” | 17.78cm, Height: 4.5” | 11.43cm.
For yolk mixture:
▪ Egg yolk: 65g (2.3oz) *about 4 large eggs
▪ Granulated sugar for yolks: 30g (1oz)
▪ Salt: a pinch
▪ Vanilla beans: 1 pod (Vanilla extracts: some drops to 1 Tbsp)
▪ Water: 50g (1.75oz)
▪ Oil: 40g (1.4oz)
▪ Cake flour: 75g (2.65oz)
For meringue:
▪ Egg white: 140g (4.9oz) *about 4 large eggs
▪ Granulated sugar for egg white: 45g (1.6oz)

Bake(Preheated) at 340F | 170C for about 35 mins
