I find these doctors on YouTube are more practical than the ones we go to and spend $$$$$&&&

I was 146/93. I had nose bleeding after meals, laying on my side I'd get vertigo, standing up to fast I felt as if I was going to pass out. I took no medication. I cut out Breakfast, cut diet soda because of the high sodium count and I started intermittent fasting. After 3 months I was down to 116/62. Nosebleeds stopped, vertigo and blood mucus all gone.

I was at a wedding when an obese lady had a nosebleed and I knew right away it was hypertensive crisis. She refused to go to hospital but I eventually convinced her and took her to hospital where my suspicion was confirmed and she got a med adjustment. She lived another 25 years and thanked me every year on her birthday 🎂 🥳 ❤️

I was 160-170+/100-110+ & people told me I’d be forever dependent on medication. Enter pandemic: I started changing my lifestyle: meditation, selective fuel/food, do (mostly & routinely) low intensity exercise. Fast fwd now: at 50+, my blood pressure is on 120/80, no more medication, and in the best shape of my life. One of many things that I should thankful for is finding Dr. Ekberg’s channel

If you have high blood pressure in the morning, I recommend not eating after 6:00 the evening. For years I had high blood pressure and tried everything, and finally tried this and it was the silver Bullet that lowered my blood pressure.
  • I had 140-150/90-95 before, decided to quit nicotine, alcohol, quit sugar to a large extent and walk 2 hours a day, dropped my BP to 125-135/75-80 in two months. Also lost 10kg. You can do alot in a short period of time.
  • @2iceblest
Worrying about high blood pressure is giving me high blood pressure!
  • Your diction is such that, as a French, I am able to clearly understand your speech. For that and, of course and mainly, the content of your videos, I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
  • @SalLazuka
It's amazing that doctors are so quick to prescribe blood pressure medication. You would think they would have you monitor it at home numerous times a day first. I've been checking and recording mine at home daily for the past two and a half years. It just makes common sense since the device is not expensive and it's easy to do.
  • Wow. 2M. I remember it wasnt that long ago when you were new and only had a few hundred. So happy to see how quickly you grew.
  • I have followed all your educative and life serving videos and I must admit that you a gifted teacher. I admire your clarity in a manner you approach different life serving topics. Notwithstanding the latter, you have changed my life for better because you made me understand what was triggering tinnitus and that was high blood pressure. I have changed my lifestyle by following your teaching and the ringing in my hear is gone and i have no potbelly anymore. Thank you Dr Sten Ekberg.
  • @jamescps8799
This Youtube video is 1000% more valuable then visiting the clinic, the doctor just told me I need to 'avoid sodium' and take the calcium channel blocker, the end, there is no other advice and the doctor also ignored my suggestion to change my lifestyle and diet. 😂
  • @willothewispl
Thank you, even in nursing school I did not get this thorough explanation of blood pressure and how it works.
  • @sstrue5

  • I am 60 years old and I would say that this information is really important to me than you can ever imagined Dr. Thanks so much Sir.
