  • I saw you on tv over 15 yrs ago. You look great. Thku so much for sharing this. My blood is hyper high I hate hbp pills. God bless you. I will share this information. 🙋🏻from Indiana. 🌺☝❤💃
  • Two weeks ago my blood pressure was 212/128 and I was taking extra blood pressure medicines. I started walking 5 miles every day. I changed my diet completely and this morning my blood pressure is 108/67 and I am completely off of blood pressure medicines. I can teach anybody to do the same. Stop all alcohol consumption. Stop eating all foods that convert to sugar like bread, rice, and potatoes, and stop your intake of salt. Increase your intake of avocados, walnuts, pistachios, hemp seed, and a high polyphenol count olive oil, eat lots of fish that is high in omega 3 oils, and green leafy vegetables. Consume 1 teaspoon of pure cocoa daily. Also, take a high-fiber supplement that is pure like psyllium hulls. Do not over-consume water. Do not take Metamucil as it does contain psyllium hulls, however, it also contains other ingredients that are really bad for your intake. The first week you will feel bloated from the high-fiber diet, however, that will pass and the high fiber will lower your cholesterol. Another benefit you will receive is your arthritis (which is only inflammation) will go away. High blood pressure can be completely controlled by diet. I hope this helps and good luck to you. Bottom line. Lower your sugar intake, increase your fiber intake and lower your blood pressure. it's that easy!

I read the comment about not having background music that comment is absolutely correct because you have a bubbly personality you have clear spoken voice you can hold people attention you don't need background music
  • you are absolutely right. Taking meds just make everything worse. I tried 3 different ones! Make Food Your Medicine!
  • Purchase a good blood pressure monitor (With a sleeve) and check your pressure often at home. Came in handy for me several months ago. My pressure was 190 / 110 and after several tries I used a second monitor and the readings were the same. I then went to the emergency room and got checked out. After returning home, I reviewed everything I'd been consuming for the previous days until I discovered that the source of the problem was Altoids ( The curiously strong mints). I had been gorging on those mints for days. I googled the candy and learned that excessive amounts of peppermint will spike blood pressure.

I had high blood pressure; cholesterol and pre- diabetes. I eliminate extra salt, sugar and fat. I look for the list of fruits that spikes the sugar, eliminate them, I Cooke and instead of salt I use natural spices like chive, cilantro, garlic…., for the fat I canning the lean meat. Before I use that meat I scoop all the grease out and decant it. In less than 3 months all three of them went down. Now I have my garden eat and canning the rest!

I agree, you don’t need the music in the background. It’s distracting and you do a really good job of getting your message across ❤️

Checked my BP in a store today and it was sky high. Scared me, I've been worried all day. Your enthusiasm makes me feel better and motivated. I hate the thought of taking meds. I want to try the natural way first. Thanks and I wish everyone here good health!

I'm not sure why but the way you speak to people and help with education and your happy personality is so refreshing. Made me cry in this video, bc weight, and trying to change my lifestyle has been a struggle all my life. And I have high blood pressure too. So thanks for this video ♡♡

Thank you so much for making this video. As an African American woman, I have been frustrated and very concerned about my high blood pressure issues. I am determined NOT to go on medication of any kind and am thankful for earthly angels like yourself to help me along my journey in life. God bless you!!

Excellent video!! Very informative indeed. I will add beans to my salads moving forward. One of the RNs at my job encouraged me to start eating my salads without dressing. She told me I will enjoy the taste of the vegetables more. I didn't think I would but it's TRUE🙂! I can't believe after 40 plus years of eating salads, I now enjoy them with pepper and a little lime juice. So proud of myself😁

First time coming across your video, searching today how to lower BP naturally. Started having BP issues June 2020 and been on meds since about September. The Lord put it on my heart to take charge of my health, so today, I purposed myself to indeed take charge of my health, get off meds, in order to experience a healthier, more productive life. Very excited to receive more knowledge and sharing your videos. God bless.
