Vampiric Gift is the ability you were looking for to heal yourself with.

That was indeed an epic end battle. Good show anyway.

Yeah, thankfully that fix is coming. In the past, enemies forgot about you after a teleport altogether unless they were programmed to seek you out (eg bosses, nightmare horrors)

For your next necromancer, learn some of the minion talents, at least the basic ones. In last resort, these little tools can save your life. And there's a talent that can sacrifice them to heal your character. And yes, since the early betas, everything on a level will track you down...

I'm pretty sure that the mobs of enemies you're hitting here is a combination of two issues that were fixed in RC3. Specifically: * NPCs can only pass target if the target and the npc given them are within at most sight range * When an NPC can has been fooled by teleporting away, it stays fooled instead of magicaly finding the way With neither of those fixes, when you teleport clear across the level, everything you were fighting follows you, and wakes up everything it meets on the way.
