In this video I go over what you need to know about this years summer event in Fortnite All Sweat Summer. As per usually this update has brought challenges to unlock free summer themed rewards and the underwriter NPC to the island. This event also made some changes to ranked mode removing all vehicles and npcs as well as the nitro gauntlets in build mode. Fortnite just posted saying they are aware gloves are still in ranked but that is not intentional so I guess they do intend to remove them for both builds and zero builds and not just builds like I speculated in the video x.com/FortniteStatus/status/1808963957610459496

Just text my boys we’re playing ranked tonight 😂. Haven’t played regular zero build since reload dropped to get away from the cars.

My main duo HATES this season but he will def come back to play ranked since the cars are gone. So I’ll by default be playing ranked for the first time all season as well

I like the changes. You need a mode that are like comp so that if you want to play comp at some point, you have a way to train like it.

i don't typically play ranked but i tried it after the changes and i think im enjoying it more than pubs. it feels more about the fight than people getting into cars and just punching everything

Good video. Interesting to see what they're doing this but no I'm never touching ranked. I really like nitro gloves and I need them to fight. And as my aim is questionable. Ranked will be even worse when it's pure aim. My own opinion anyway. I'm happy with pubs and hope all the sweats stay in ranked lol.
