"Vice presidential hopeful Sen. JD Vance tried to clean up his resurfaced attack on “childless cat ladies” in an interview Friday, asserting that he was not criticizing people who do not have children, while accusing Democrats of adopting “anti-family and anti-kid” messaging and policies.
Vance’s response, delivered on conservative media personality Megyn Kelly’s SiriusXM podcast, comes after a yearsold video clip went viral this week which shows him questioning some Democrats for not having biological children — specifically naming Vice President Kamala Harris, now the likely Democratic nominee for president. Harris has two stepchildren."

The most alarming thing about JD's interview is at 2:58: "If you want a healthy ruling class..." No we don't want a ruling class, healthy or not. 1 person, 1 vote. That is Democracy. JD apparently wants that one group rules over all others. Where is the freedom in that?

Some women with children, married and single, are some of the most miserable people in the world. Studies suggest, women over the age of 55, who have never married and never had children, are the happiest and healthiest subgroup. I believe it. I’m one of them. We love children, and we’re not ant- marriage, but we’ve learned there’s more to life than serving a man and being a mother. Childless, Catless, Single and Happy. 😊

Why is it okay to make fun of men for not having a girlfriend, wife, partner, etc. But when you say that a woman who is unhappy also happens to have no kids & a lot of cats is now seen as a huge scandal. The standard is that men are told they have to support kids and sometimes kids who aren't there's if want to be considered real men.

Pete Buttigieg just had 2 lovely children with his husband Chastain and Kamala raised her step daughter who ended up becoming a wonderful adult. I'm sure AOC will make a great mom one day and even if she doesn't, it's fine. What matters is that she's smart and compassionate and will be a great President after Kamala's second term.
