It’s good people are getting aware of what is the need of the protein. But no one is talking about: 1. Carbs/junk food- Pocket friendly 2. Protein/sources- Expensive
  • @Noxiousmaddy111
My mother laughed at me thinking I'm a useless shit whenever I talk about deficient protein consumption in our family.
  • @pathikkumar01
Sahi kaha aapne sir " jab budget low hoga to protein ki kon sochega " this line applies to majority people of our country .

  • @varunnr3122

Protein is costliest macro-nutrients. As long as India's per capita income is very low, there is no way that common men can meet daily requirement of protein. 76% indian being protein deficient is conservative estimates, in my experience 90% Indian body don't have enough protein.
  • 5 eggs 30g protein 300 grams chicken 60g protein 8 chapati I eat 100g protein daily Monthly cost 4.5k
  • @Kasim_Vindhani

Please note : excess protein can cause kidney damage I am a working man serving to Indian army
  • Please note that there is no conspiracy. I remained over Weight almost for two decades and the first thing that the nutritionist told me was my protein intake was too low.

I recently started maintaing a diet plan and its very difficult as well as costly also i spent around 1 - 1.5k monthly for just breakfast for basic nutrients. Maintaining a protein rich diet as a student is more difficult task even my mom stops me from eating more than 2 eggs a day and buying supplements like whey protein is like my 2-3 months savings.😢

1 scoop whey protein. 6 whole eggs 300 gm boiled chicken 200 gm curd. 1 or 2 fruits daily (banana or any other seasonal fruit) No carbohydrates lost 85 pounds in 3 months. Gained muscles and now started to 2 chapati daily.
