A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this cake recipe. Delicious cake. Now I will make this cake very often. ► Cooking recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs
100 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
80g butter, melted
2 tablespoons of honey
Salt
stir to dissolve the sugar
1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder
300 grams of flour
knead a very soft dough
Leave for 15-20 minutes
Divide the dough into 6 parts
Roll out a thin cake ~ 20 * 20 cm
Bake at 180°C for ~ 15 minutes
10 g gelatin + 90 ml cold water
Leave for 5 minutes
150 ml milk + 1 tablespoon honey
Dissolve swollen gelatine and cool slightly
500 ml cream (33-36%) + 2 tbsp sugar
add to the whipped cream and beat well again with a mixer
Assemble the cake
Soak the cake well
Place in the fridge overnight
80 grams of chocolate
70 ml cream 30-36%
heat to melt chocolate
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
