RIP Finobe. Really don't know why they had to get rid of it. There were no other alternatives to play classic Roblox clients that were officially provived by Roblox themselves.

This video is absolutely amazing! I saw this video in my recommended expecting it have a bunch of misconceptions like 90% of videos about old Roblox, but I was definitely wrong. I learned quite a lot from this as well since I've always wondered how the 2008 client was found, and who found it in 2012. It's also crazy how the discovery of the 2007 client in 2017 is almost nostalgic in itself. I kinda remember when the news broke out in the N* server before it was publicly announced and how Finobe was originally supposed to be a joke parody website of Graphictoria at first lol. I also want to thank you for the mention, I was definitely shocked and not expecting it lol! But damn that Roblox Evolution video is so outdated and inaccurate that I was expecting to get roasted out of existence lmao, but props to actually reading the description stating that yes, I know now that it's completely inaccurate.

I made a documentary about Erik Cassel and did a ton of research and found some lost footage / photos of him & old Roblox. I remember watching a video about this topic and I was like “dude, I need this build NOW.” and your video goes waaay more into detail about this 2007 client and to me, that’s a good thing!

I wish someone would do an in depth Documentary like this for the Adobe Flash version of Angry Birds Friends a web version of Angry Birds with exclusive levels and features that usually only stayed in the game for a week to a month max. It has many, many lost versions and assets only recoverable from web caches, which easily get lost (even while attempting to archive), leftover servers (so far only 2017-19 servers and one random server from 2013), or what little data Wayback has (only a few random assets from each server, not even enough to get the game to run)
