An alternative to adding butterscotch to the soda you can add butter extract. Gives it a really nice buttery flavor.

I made this with my kid for her sleepover that she was ranting and raving about for weeks just for me to buy all the stuff and whip that damn heavy cream by hand because I didn’t have that little power whisk, just for her to hate it. However I thought it was delicious though.
  • I had Butterbeer at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and again in New York and it was the best can wait to make one at home.

If you mix up the butterscotch syrup with equal parts cream soda and then add that mixture to the rest of the cream soda it will be much easier

My adult daughter loves butter beer. She had Starbucks make it once and it was delicious. I would like to make an easy recipe soon at home. So will try this, looks super easy. Thank you 😊

I’m going to test this recipe out this weekend . Wish we luck !
  • The cream was too thick. Just got back from Universal and the cream ontop is more like a foam instead of a thick creamy topping. You want it to be almost runny for those who wanna know!~

So, the cream soda… Could you recommend a brand if there’s any that goes along with the syrup?

Pop open the cream soda at the end, and it's no point whisking or mixing the cream soda as the carbonation evaporates

Actual amounts of each step might help.

1 butter beer + 1 roller coaster ride = projectile hurling.
