Beef Curry udon:
Thinly sliced beef
1 portion udon
1/2 onion (sliced)
4 beef cubes
2 cups stock (chicken or just water)
1 tbsp soy-sauce
Leek leaves (or Spring onion)
Kamaboko (Japanezs fishcake)

Beef croquettes:
Minced beef
1 large potato (peeled & boiled)
1/4 onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 Egg
Panko Bread crumbs
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & Black pepper to taste
Oil for frying
