The fat reduction is caused by the sudden cold causing the fat cells to momentarily contract. The fat doesn't breakdown or go away. It's just a temporary effect. Dermal plumpening does the opposite effect, using heat. It's just a magic act!

Just to clarify at 1:30. The blood pressure machine was reading 126/69 and the 73 is his heart rate. If any of those vitals were as listed, we'd not be watching Joey.

Okay we definitely know this shit does nothing for the body other than being cold to you (doesn’t remove fat cells or makes face look better) but it is interesting to see what this all is.

You can do this for free by riding a bike on winter with t-shirts on you. You will freeze, yeah, but you will warm up as an oven when you get back home almost 5 km away.

Just a little correction for 1:32, 73 is the heart rate, not the oxygen saturation. For the oxygen sat. you'd need a finger probe and for it to be normal it must be above 95% lol
