    Great video ! I am a 24 year old Service Manager at my Cadillac Buick GMC dealer and have started to create new processes to streamline communication in my service lane as well as help increase customer satisfaction. These videos are great examples that I have been using. Thank you.
  • We pretty much always suggest recommended service at their mileage intervals (unless we know the customer and /or read the situation). What I would really like to know is a good word track for selling those individual services

    Rem sleep is before deep sleep. Its normal to not dream every night, deep sleep is better, if your only in rem sleep its not good
