6:03 What's Smek Doing Here: Mass Kidnapping,Mass Property Damage,Abuse Of Power, Too Many Assault and Battery, Grand Larceny (Because of the Gorg's Egg)
  • For Guy Gagne, it wasn’t the car that did that, Turbo’s actual shell got damaged, we see that once there’s a hole in the side of the shell from the assault, it causes Turbo to fully lose his powers! The damage earlier just causes Turbo to have problems with the powers, even when not under the car. I don’t recall EXACTLY whether or not that was Gagne, but it might have been Gagne.
  • You forgot to count 3 of Captain Smek's Shushes. Plus the Shusher was an entire next generation of babies in a single egg.

Let’s not forget that Captain Smek also threw his own kind as live bait in the “Almost Home” short and put them in danger

I find it genuinely so fucking hilarious captain smek is given such an insanely big sentence several real mass criminals probably got a better sentence then him lmao

Gotta say for the verminator it wasn’t mentioned about that it takes place in Indiana where the one trap is only legal in Texas and snare traps are illegal to have any sort of jagged edge or teeth (as mentioned in a previous video)
  • To be fair, Vincent was defending his property in the beginning in a rather intimidating way, which is legal if his state has a castle doctrine law
  • Captain smek, although unintentional. Stole and entire civilization of children.

So, a few charges I would add: 1. Don Lino. Is running a known criminal organization not a crime that can be sentenced (I would assume life sentence)?? 2. Guy Gagne, you show footage of him both causing a mass wreck (similar to Chick Hicks from the original Cars, even if this version is unintentional), and him later attempting to step on Turbo and repeatedly harming the snail in order to prevent Turbo from winning. For the crash, it could be classified as reckless endangerment (4 years) and for the latter actions, an assault charge (6 months) and later a 2nd degree attempted murder (life) for trying to step on Turbo. 3. Smek. I forget how many times he slaps people with his "shusher" throughout the whole movie, but you show three additional times minimum in this video, so that would add three additional "shush" charges (1.5 years) to Smek. Also, him taking the rock from the Gorg (I hate this movie and can't believe I literally just typed that sentence. Thank you, Dreamworks) could also be classified as mass child abduction (death sentence) due to it being all of the Gorg offspring and the one Gorg seen in the movie is said to be the last of its kind. I originally would have thought this as attempted genocide, but as Smek takes no action to actually destroy the rock or the one remaining Gorg seen alive in the movie, no harsher or further charges or sentences can be given to this action. Finally, similar to what you do to Farquaad in the Shrek video, you could classify Smek as being a cruel dictator (death) due to him cruelly bossing everyone around and not allowing anything not under his command to be performed, but that charge is just a personal one I would give. 4. Verminator. You show at 10:18 him shooting his net gun at the woman's bunny slippers, causing her to fall down and get hurt. That could be classified as assault, even if it was unintentional (6 months). Also, earlier in the movie, he is shown shooting a plastic flamingo that would need to be replaced, classified as property damage ($8 fine, give or take). Finally, would him getting both himself and the woman stuck in the cage classify as reckless endangerment as technically ANYONE who stepped in the machine's line of sight could have fallen under a similar fate? (4 years) Love your videos! Please keep up the great work!!

  • @Ghoul12337
Crazy how smek really tried to shush the guy who saved all of them from death
  • @Wyachu25
5:12 actually it was the guy who had a device earlier in the movie turbos shell gets damage letting some of turbos speed power out and weakened. And yes the includes the random shutting off
