  • Your Mexican breakfast reminds me way my great grandma make it and was born in Mexico and this reminds me what she made for breakfast and she gets up at 5am to serve breakfast at 9am 😊

    I'll admit, I do like pancakes for breakfast, but I'm more keen on biscuit's and gravy for breakfast with bacon, hashbrowns and either scrambled eggs or eggs over medium (depends on my mood when I cook).

I recently made my own French-style cultured butter and it was super fun and tasty! Since you love doing crazy experiments, I'd love to see you explore how much you can push the actual culturing process of the heavy cream and create a homemade butter for basting! Cheers!
