T-L pivot with Komet end gun and Senninger impacts very close to road

This pivot was right next to the road so I couldn't help but take a video, the impacts looks like they have solenoid valves on them, I'm surprised that the end gun was still running that close to the road

    It almost looks as if the end gun's booster pump isn't running. See how the end gun's stream seams weak? its because the impacts took all the pressure, the booster pump brings it back to an acceptable level so the end gun can shoot farther out and not have a weak heavy stream. I dont even see a booster pump near or on the end gun. It must not have one or its further down the pivot, or it doesnt have one at all. The gun moves alright its just slow because of the low pressure, tbh i think if theyre going to run it without a pump, they should reduce the nozzle size so the pressure builds back up, it'll operate much better.
